Who We Are

Dr. Cuellar is a board certified internist and gastroenterologist who specialized at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania where he did extensive research in digestive tract bleeding, esophagus infections, esophageal and stomach problems in eating disorders, liver disease and pharmacology. He has numerous publications in the journals of his specialty .

Dr. Cuellar has a passion for difficult problems of the esophagus, stomach and bowel problems, including  severe heartburn, ulcer problems, IBS, as well as the detection and removal of colon polyps and colon cancer.

Dr. Cuellar also has extensive experience with infrared (Laser-like) coagulation of hemorrhoids, which is a much less uncomfortable procedure than surgery.

He also has extensive experience managing patients with digestive problems and abdominal pain with a combinations of healthier eating habits and stress management, many of these patients have not required prescription medications.
